• We paid 93.6% of claims compared to 92.8% in 2008.

• Average age of claimants 44 (female age 45, male age 44)
• 59% of male claimants were aged 50 or under 
• 80% of female claimants were aged 50 or under.

• number of claims rejected for non-disclosure – 41 (1.8%). Compared to 2008, the non-disclosure rejection rate is down by 2.4%.
