Life Cover equal to the value of your critical illness sum assured
Children’s Critical Illness Cover
Cover is automatically included for the policyholder’s existing or future children. This benefit could be used to help pay for childcare for their other children whilst in hospital, or towards looking after a child who is ill.
Total and Permanent Disability

Accidental Death Benefit is included for a maximum of 90 days, whilst we underwrite the application.
This gives flexibility to increase the level of cover, without the need to provide further evidence of health, in the event of:
- Marriage or registered civil partnership
- The birth or adoption of a child
- An increase in a mortgage because you're moving home or undertaking major home improvements.
- Salary increases (FPIP plans only)
24 hour medical help and advice line
All claimants and their families have access to a 24-hour medical help and advice telephone service.

A valuable benefit which enables dependents, to complete the house purchase and fulfil their legal obligations, should your client die. In Scotland this free cover is between conclusion of missives and date of entry.

Legal & General has teamed up with Inter Partner Assistance, one of the largest international emergency assistance organisations, to provide SmoothMove. This cover, included at no extra cost, provides assistance on the day of the move and with domestic emergencies such as a burst pipe, for three months from the day of the house move.
